Joydeep Ghosh appointed head of NTPC Barauni’s new project. He assumed the role as the head of the project. In the office located in the administrative building, outgoing project head Rajiv Khanna handed over the responsibility to the new head and expressed confidence in his success.

During this, Joydeep Ghosh expressed his commitment to play his new role. He said that leading the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Baruni project is an important responsibility. My goal is to take NTPC Barauni to greater heights of success. We will achieve the project goal.
Ghosh joined NTPC in 1989 as a Senior Trainee (Mechanical Engineer). After serving in projects like Parka, Sarani (Consultancy), Kahlgaon, Kodji, Raipur, Vindhyachal, he got the post as General Manager (O&M) at Baroni in February 2024. After that, he took charge as Head of Project (HOP) .
