In the complaint given to the Uchana police, a girl from Bihar said that she lives in a brick kiln with her family. Aman from Chhattar village works as a tractor driver in a brick kiln. He broke the wall of their slum and entered on the night of 24 May. After entering the slum, Aman forced her to drink alcoholic beverages and then pulled her aside.
The girl’s claim is that he took her there, raped her, beat her and threatened to kill her. After this he ran away from there. He informed his family about the incident. Uchana police station has registered a case against Aman under various sections including drug abuse, rape, assault and started investigation.
