On Sunday, in Bagumpur village of Mathurpur police station in Samastipur district, an elder brother injured his younger brother’s wife by attacking her with a sharp weapon in a dispute over sharing of the Prime Minister’s residence. The injured Umesh Ram and his wife Kishmi Devi were admitted to Sadar Hospital. Upon receiving the information about the incident, the city police recorded the victim’s statement.
