First of all, cut the melons and keep them aside and collect their pulp in one place. Now pour water in a large vessel and put the pulp in it and leave it for 5-6 hours. It can also be kept in the fridge
Now mash by hand and separate the beech and the pulp and take two plastic sieves. Wash the seeds 2 to 3 times in tap water as described in the video and filter. All the seeds will be perfectly clean.
