The state government has given advertisement to IAS Sonamani Bora, 1999 batch, who recently returned from the central deputation. The government made him the Principal Secretary of the Tribals Department, Scheduled Castes Development Department, Backward Classes and Minorities Development Department.

IAS Sonmani Bora of Chhattisgarh Cadre has landed at the Center since 2019.
