The well-known entrepreneur and energy expert Oleksandr Katsova spoke frankly about the Russian-Ukrainian war. The TSN article mentions that the annexation of Crimea and the invasion of Donbass had a strong impact on him, but the biggest shock was the full-scale invasion of 2022.
“For me, the occupation of Crimea and the war in Donbass were a big blow, but I really understood everything about this war when rockets flew into my homeland Kharkiv,” says Katsova.
Under the influence of this upheaval, after February 24, 2022, Katsuba actively joined the volunteer assistance of the armed forces. Using his experience in the automotive business – the entrepreneur is the owner of two automotive publications, AvtoCenter and Avtobazar – in February 2024, the entrepreneur delivered 100 cars, trucks and engineering vehicles to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the defense forces.
The entrepreneur explains his volunteer activity as follows:Now I am convinced that after the end of the war every citizen will have to explain to himself and his children what he did when the country and every Ukrainian was in danger.”
