But the fire was not controlled. After that several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot from Jakhal, Tohana, Dharsul and Bhuna and brought the fire under control after about 4 hours of hard work.
Turdi wells were built in the field
According to the information, a fire broke out due to unknown reasons at the farm of Chuhadpur village, representative of Sarpanch, Jaswinder Singh and his brother Sukhwinder Singh. There were 15 wells of straw in the field. The fire spread quickly and engulfed more than 10 wells. There was an uproar in the village because of the fire.
It was fortunate that there were no crops in the fields these days, otherwise the fire could have spread to a large area nearby. The villagers tried to extinguish the fire at their own level and also informed the fire department. After the information, many vehicles of the fire brigade from all the surrounding areas reached the spot and the fire could be controlled after about four hours.
