ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) Form B or Child Registration is a legal proof of identity required for a child to prove their age and access basic services such as medical assistance, education and other legal matters.

In Pakistan, NADRA has the power to issue Child Registration Certificate (CRC), Form B. This document registers the child with the official records, and is considered as the basic right of the child to get the certificate this from his birthplace.

In recent years, NADRA has simplified the Form B process to make it easier for people who used to face this complicated process.

Latest Form B Fees in Pakistan
Currently, if you opt for regular service, the latest fee for form B is Rs.50. If you are looking for instant active service, NADRA charges Rs 500 for it.

How to Apply for Form B

To apply for Form B, you have to visit the nearest NADRA office with the child’s birth certificate.
A parent or guardian must accompany the child to the NADRA office
If only one parent is present, the application must be verified by a Gazetted Officer or public representative.
A child must be present for an ID card and their photo and fingerprints will be taken if they are 10 years of age or older.
