Homes are in danger after a trailer burst into flames and the fire spread to south Perth.
A watch and act are in place for parts of Oxford.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services advised people to leave now if the road is clear.
There are two fires burning, believed to have started from a trailer that caught fire around 4:20 p.m.
About 50 firefighters were called as well as air support.
So far there are no confirmed reports of damage to homes.
It is not clear how the trailer caught fire.
Crews hope to get the fire under control tonight.
