When there was a huge explosion, smoke spreading in the whole ward, I was alone in the general ward, two patients had been discharged today itself. Smoke started rising there so I had to get up somehow and run away from there. During this, former councilor Jagmohan Mittal and Jitendra Sheoran of Hisar Sangharsh Committee reached the spot. Necessary safety equipment in hospitals
Jitendra Sheoran, head of Hisar Sangharsh Samiti, said there should be strong security arrangements in hospitals. The fire was immediately brought under control due to the safety equipment at VK Neuro Hospital. Otherwise the patients do not have a chance to escape from the hospital. The administration should conduct investigations in other hospitals and take stock of the state of safety equipment there. If a serious patient had been admitted to hospital, he could have died of smoke suffocation.
