Congress may soon announce candidates for 3 assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh. If party sources are to be believed, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh spoke to national general secretary KC Venugopal and state Congress chief Rajiv Shukla over the phone last night and decided on the candidate. National President Malikarjun Kharge’s approval is now awaited. It is claimed that the list will be published tonight as well.
