Pooja Kumari, 14-year-old daughter of Budhan Lohar, a resident of Bodeya Tola of Ramgarh Sarja block village, attempted suicide by hanging herself on Tuesday night. In critical condition, he was admitted to MRMCH Medininagar where he died during treatment on Wednesday night. As soon as the information was received, the city police station reached the spot, took the body into custody, completed the post-mortem at Medininagar MRMCH and handed over the body to the family members on Thursday. Manbiniti Devi, mother of the deceased, said that Pooja Kumari dropped out of studies after completing fifth class. Recently she was under mental stress. Husband and son have gone out to win. On Tuesday night, like every day, Pooja was sleeping next to me in the courtyard. He got up early Wednesday morning and went to sleep in the room. After some time, when he entered the room, he saw Pooja hanging from the nose. Making a noise, with the help of people nearby, he was pulled down from the nose and admitted to Medininagar MMCH, where he died during treatment on Wednesday evening.
