Lucknow: A sitting Member of Parliament, who was deprived of a BJP ticket for this Lok Sabha election, died of a heart attack. Rajveer Diler (65), BJP MP from Hathras in Uttar Pradesh died. The BJP had denied MP Rajveer Diler a ticket for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, fielding Anup Pradhan instead.
Suffered a massive heart attack
While at his home in Aligarh, Rajveer Diler suddenly collapsed. The family immediately took him to the hospital. But the doctor said that MP had died of a heart attack.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Rajvir Diler won a margin of 2,60,208 votes. Rajveer Diler got 684,299 votes or 59.00 percent of votes. The MP is survived by his wife and four children.
Condolences to CM Yogi
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has condoned the death of a BJP MP. The untimely demise of Hatras Lok Sabha Constituency MP Rajveer Singh Diler is a very sad and irreparable loss to the BJP family. May Lord Sri Rama grant peace to the departed soul and give him the strength to bear this tremendous loss, said CM Yogi in an ex-post. UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya also condoled the demise of the Hatras MP. Hatras announced that the news of his sudden demise was deeply saddened by the highly respected and active Lok Sabha MP Rajveer Diler.
The untimely demise of Shri Rajveer Singh Diler ji, MP from Hathras Lok Sabha constituency, is extremely sad and an irreparable loss to the BJP family.

Voting will be held on May 7 in Hathras. Samajwadi Party’s Jasveer Valmiki, BSP’s Hembabu Dhangar and BJP’s Anoop Pradhan are contesting in the constituency.
Lok Sabha Election 2024 is going on in total 7 phases. The first stage was held on April 19, the second stage was held on April 26, the third stage was on May 7, the fourth stage was on May 13, the fifth stage was on May 20, the sixth stage was on May 25 and the seventh stage on 1 June and counting of votes on 4 June.
