A fire broke out in a wheat crop in Bainsi village of Rohtak.

More than 20 acres of wheat crop of half registered farmers was burnt to dust due to fire in the fields of Bainsi village in Rohtak on Wednesday. After receiving information about the arson, police vehicles and the fire brigade also reached the spot. Due to the growing fire, fire engines had to be called not only from Lakhnamajra but also from Meham and Rohtak. The villagers were also still trying to control the fire. After much effort the fire was brought under control, but by then more than 20 acres of crops had been burnt to ashes.
