The police have achieved great success in the murder case of 18-year-old Anshul, who was kidnapped and murdered on the night of the 20th of May in Kaithal, Haryana. The police have arrested 5 accused including a minor in this case.

While giving information, the police officials said that Anshul was murdered by his friends out of competition. The police also held a press conference on this matter.
DSP gave information at the press conference
DSP Gurvinder Singh said that in this case, SBI Road resident Kaithal Dixit, Kanungo Mohalla resident Sachin, Pratap Gate resident Sagar, Verma Colony resident Nitin and 17-year-old Kaithal resident Kishore have u arrested on charges of murder. He said that in this case, a case of kidnapping of Anshul was registered in Kaithal police station on May 21.
On the same day, on May 21, at noon, Anshul’s body was found from the Kaithal drain between Dhand Road and Ambala Road. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police handed over the responsibility to the CIA One team. After this, these accused were arrested after finding the location of their mobile phones.
Anshul went missing on the night of the 20th of May
The father of the deceased Anshul had complained to the police that on 20 May, around 9.15 pm, he had come with his only son Anshul to Jagran Khatu Shyam at Badi Devi Mata Temple. When his son called at 11.27 pm, he said he was with his friend Dixit and would be home in five minutes. After some time, when he called again, he did not pick up the phone. He called about ten times and later the number was switched off.
After about 12 o’clock in the night, he got a call from the father of the accused Dixit that Dixit was hurt. When he approached him, Dixit said that four or five youths had come in two vehicles and had taken Ansul away. He was also beaten. Regarding which case of kidnapping was registered in the city police station.
There was a dispute with the accused 2 years ago
During the police investigation, it was revealed that the accused Dixit, who was studying with the deceased Anshul, had a fight with Anshul two years ago. The video of deceased Anshul beating Dixit had gone viral. From that day the two of them started to have a conflict with each other. A few days ago he also had an argument with Anshul and Anshul had threatened to beat him up from his friends.
Dixit met Anshul at Jagran on 20 May and asked him to resolve the grievances between them. Taking this along with his other friends, they reached Ambala Road Drain on a Scooty. There all the accused killed Anshul by hitting him with ice picks and bricks. At the same time, after this the family members had also blocked the bus stand square at night.
