At around 3:50 am on Friday morning, two unidentified miscreants on a bike sprayed petrol on newspaper bundles and set them on fire at a newspaper distribution center in Sector 19 of Faridabad city.

Giving information about this issue, newspaper distributor Sunil Kumar said that he has been coming through here for many years to collect newspapers and distribute them in the city.
Distributors ran away after seeing the miscreants
He said that even today the bundle of newspapers arrived here around 3:30 in the morning. There were around 2000 newspapers and three-four distributors collecting the newspapers. Meanwhile, at around 3:50pm, two masked miscreants came on a bike with bottles of petrol in their hands and threatened the distributors and removed them and spread petrol on the newspaper and set it on fire.
After this the accused perpetrators fled from the spot. After this incident, at first the distributors ran away in fear after seeing it. But when the masked perpetrators set fire to the newspapers and ran away on a bicycle. The hawks then gathered and extinguished the fire of the newspaper by pouring water on it. At the moment they don’t know why the masked men set fire to the newspaper and what the reason was. After the incident, he called 112 and called the police, but the police told him to come to the police station in the morning and lodge a complaint.
