The dead body of a youth has been found in the JLN canal passing through Dubaldhan village in Jhajjar district. Local people informed the Jhajjar police about the discovery of a dead body.

After the information, the police team reached the spot, took the body into custody and sent it to the civil hospital for post-mortem.

According to the information, the deceased has been identified as Ravi, aged 18, son of Roop Singh, who lives in Kabir Colony, Rohtak. Who had passed 10th class exam and currently working as an electrician. The deceased also has a younger brother and two sisters.
Investigating officer Ranbir said that the police on Sunday afternoon received information about Ravi’s drowning. The police team took action and called the diver team and conducted a search operation. But his body could not be recovered.

He said his body was recovered from the JLN canal near the Dubaldhan culvert on Tuesday night. After that the police team took the body into custody and sent it to the civil hospital for post-mortem.
Incidental steps have been taken in the case on the statement of the deceased’s father, Roop Singh. After the paperwork, the post-mortem of the body was done and handed over to the family members.
