Haryana Inspector General of Police (IGP) Y Puran Kumar has sent a second letter (reminder) to the Election Commission of India (ECI) against Director General of Police (DGP) Shatrujit Kapoor. In this letter, questions were raised on the temporary transfer order of HPS.

It was stated in the complaint that the DGP had violated the government’s order.
