The Alchemist Group fraud has spread to Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. This came to light when the Enforcement Directorate (ED) began investigating the case. A total of 18 flats in Royal Parshvanath Project in Panchkula, Haryana and about 250 Bigha and 78 Bigha of land in Keonthal, Sirmaur along with Shimla (Rural) in Himachal Pradesh were inspected by the company from Alchemist Realty Limited. However, ED has attached these properties. Their value is said to be more than Rs 29 crore.

The owner of this company is former Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP KD.
