Giving information in this regard, District and DC Elections Officer Dr Shaleen said that BAO of Agriculture Department Pankaj Kumar, who was giving duty in the Aviation Squad team, was found drunk. On this, action was taken against him. The Director of the Agriculture Department has issued instructions to suspend Pankaj’s BAO with immediate effect. An order letter has also been issued regarding taking action against EASI from the police department.

Workers should do duty promptly
The Regional Elections Officer Dr. Shaleen that workers from different departments have been put on duty during the elections. The voting for the Ambala Lok Sabha elections is to be held on May 25, while the counting of votes is to be held on June 4. Therefore, all the workers and officials involved in this work should carry out their duties promptly. Do not be negligent of any kind. Otherwise, strictest action will be taken against such employees. The main aim of all of us is to conduct the Lok Sabha elections in a peaceful and fair manner.
