The dumper driver escaped after the accident. Seeing the accident, nearby people gathered at the spot and informed the police. After the information, the police reached the spot and took the body into their custody and sent it to Kalpana Chawla Medical College, Karnal for post-mortem.

The brother of the deceased said that Sukhwinder Singh, aged 43, left his house for work at around 7.30 in the morning. He was on a bicycle. The accident happened about 100 meters from the mill. Sukhvindra had reached the mill and after that he was sent for some work by the mill. The dumper had hit the bike at Dard Kurali’s main stall on Indri Road.
After the collision, the dumper driver fled from the spot. Sukhvindra died on the spot. The police had arrived at the scene after the accident.

Sukhwinder Singh was a father of two children.
The deceased’s brother said that we were three brothers and that all three worked as labourers. Sukhvindra Bansal used to work in a rice mill. He has two children. Who has a 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl. Sukhvindra’s death has brought great sadness to the entire family. The shadow of their father has disappeared from the minds of the two children.
He says that the children of the deceased should be compensated by the owner of the dumper and the company and action should be taken against the accused.
Currently, the police have handed over the body to the relatives after post-mortem. The police have registered a case against the accused dumper driver and have started investigation.
