Hardeep Puri said that then Arvind Kejriwal was against corruption and alcohol and today he is involved in the alcohol scam. Referring to Ramlia Midan, the union minister said that the place where the rally will be held is very interesting. About 12-13 years ago, Anna Hazare’s rally was held at the same place and Arvind Kejriwal also participated in it. Then he used to say that he was a social person. So who were they protesting against? The Congress party ruled and the definition of corruption was very interesting at that time. You will remember 2G, CWG and coal scam. Now he not only shook hands with the same side but also hugged them. Now in league with the people they accused.
Hardeep Puri said these people are trying to create a wrong narrative that this was done by the government. They say democracy is in danger, democracy was in danger when the Congress party imposed emergency. BJP never took civil liberties.
