Gaurav Vallabh clearly mentioned in his resignation that the distance between the big leaders and the grassroots workers in the party has grown, which now seems very difficult to bridge. Valab further attacks the party and says that there should not be any distance between great leaders and workers. If a worker cannot give direct suggestions to his leader, no positive change can occur within the party. He directly blamed the lack of communication between the leaders and workers of the Congress party.
There is no direct communication between the high command of the party and rank and file workers
Apart from the political circles, many meanings are being drawn within the party regarding this line of resignation of Gaurav and Alab. A senior leader, who belongs to a section of angry leaders in the Congress party and is now separated from the party, says that it is true that there is no direct communication between the high command of the party and the ordinary workers. Even before that, many leaders separated from the party who made similar claims. According to him, it is not that this matter is not discussed within the party. But no leader talks about it openly. Without taking names, he said that there are some leaders who want to keep their circle around the Gandhi family, because of which many party workers and leaders cannot even convey their views to them.
The party gave a big responsibility to Gaurav and Alab
However, Congress party spokesperson Akhilesh Pratap Singh says that when someone leaves the party, many such allegations are made, which have no justification. Akhilesh Pratap Singh says that when the party made Gaurav Vallabh by giving him a big responsibility, he was far from a great leader? Now that he is leaving the party and joining the BJP for his own good, he is making baseless claims. The Congress spokesperson says it is now known to people that Gaurav Vallabh resigned from the party only to join the BJP. Therefore, there are no facts of any kind in his words, and there is no truth in the fact that there is a distance between the Congress workers and the high command. According to him, there are many channels and systems in a large party to give proposals, through which the proposals of the ordinary workers also reach the big leaders.
