The Bombay High Court rejected the bail plea of ​​the accused who raped a minor continuously for ten years. The court said that after being subjected to this horrible crime, the victim became a nymphomaniac (a victim of uncontrollable sexual desires). A single bench of Justice Prithviraj Chavan, while rejecting the bail plea of ​​the accused, said that this crime is so heinous that it can shock the conscience of any person.

The victim wrote her ordeal in a 27-page diary. Referring to this diary in its order, the High Court said that the mental and emotional state of the victim was such that words would be lacking to describe it. The court further said that due to such a heinous crime, the victim became a nymphomaniac.

The victim wrote in her diary that the accused began raping her when she was a fourth grade student. It is alleged that the accused used to give the victim drugs to increase sexual desires. After reading this diary, in 2021, the victim’s parents filed a police complaint against the accused and his wife. After that, the accused’s wife received bail from the special court, but her request for bail was rejected. The defendant then appealed to the High Court.
