Guwahati: Six policemen and a civilian were injured when the vehicle they were traveling in rammed into a dump early on March 18 morning on NH 27 near Lokhra in Guwahati.

The condition of some of the injured is defined as serious.

The injured were hospitalized while the police seized the dump.
The police car was traveling from Jalukbari to Khanafra when the accident occurred.
While speaking to GPlus, a traffic official from Basista police station said, "The accident happened around 06:40 and the front part of the vehicle was damaged. Fortunately, the accident was not fatal."
