A meeting of the Awesome Garhwa Lions Club was held. In which officers new officers were chosen for the new session 24-25. Kanchan Sahu presided over this meeting which was organized at the residence of the Vice President of the Club Dr. Asjad Ansari. At this meeting, the work of session 23-24 was mainly reviewed together with the selection of officers for the new session.
In this meeting, Dr Asjad Ansari was unanimously chosen as President for the new session 24-25 by all the members. While Upendra Thakur was made secretary and Anil Soni treasurer. Apart from this, members were also selected for other positions. In which Vice President one Rakesh Pal, Vice President two Jyoti Prakash, Vice President three Rajesh Gupta, PRO Santosh Kashyap, Membership Chairman Mithilesh Thakur, Club Administration Vishwas Gupta, Timer Devendra Gupta, Twister. Poonam was made Bronze, Environment Officer Arun Soni. District Chairman, Umesh Aggarwal, who was present as the chief guest on this occasion, while congratulating all the new officers of the new session, said that good work is being done by the Awesome Garhwa Lions Club in the entire Garhwa district. The plantation work they did in the whole area was appreciated. Which was a historic work. For this, he appreciated the work of the current President Kanchan Sahu and congratulated the entire team. On this occasion, Club President Kanchan Sahu congratulated all the newly appointed office bearers. He said that the club will do a better job under the leadership of Dr Asjad Ansari. On this occasion, Dr Asjad Ansari said that all the members of the club refused to trust him. They will do their best to achieve that. He said they will work with enthusiasm in the new session.
