Fight between TMC-BJP workers in Bengal, BJP worker dies! Give fire and fury! Achi-News

Kolkata: A woman BJP activist Rathibala Adi was killed in a clash between Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers in Nandigram, West Bengal Riots. Apart from this, 7 BJP workers were injured.

The incident took place late at night on May 22 in Sonchur of Nandigram, where Trinamool Party workers and BJP workers clashed with each other and attacked with sharp weapons. After the incident, a tense situation was created in the place and central police forces were used to control the situation.

Protest by BJP supporters, roadblock!

BJP workers today staged a protest and blocked the road following the death of a party worker in an attack by criminals in Nandigram. BJP workers protested by burning tyres, throwing tree branches and blocking the road. BJP supporters have been protesting in front of Nandigram police station since morning.

Central police personnel reach Nandigram

Realizing the seriousness of the matter, the central forces reached Nandigram and lathicharged. A shop was set on fire in Sonachura area here. Apart from this, some other shops were vandalised. The TMC alleged that BJP supporters set fire to the shops of TMC supporters and vandalized some shops.

‘Will you not take revenge?’

Addressing an election rally in Kanthi Lok Sabha constituency in East Midnapore, Shubhendu Adhikari referred to the killing of a BJP worker in Nandigram, where a 56-year-old woman from the SC community was murdered. ‘BJP is trying to divert attention’

Speaking about Nandigram, TMC leader Santanu Sen said that the BJP is fighting within itself. As a result of this, a woman was killed in Nandigram and after that the blame is placed on the TMC. He alleged that BJP is trying to divert attention because BJP knows that Bengal is losing in Lok Sabha elections.

After this, the SDPO, led by Meghnath Pal, called the protesters and held talks. Meanwhile, the protesters have demanded the removal of the officer in charge of the Rayapara outpost and the deployment of central forces in the minority areas of Nandigram on polling day.
