The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has collected a revenue of Rs 6,710 billion in the first 9 months of this financial year.
FBR revenue has increased by 30% during 9 months, the target of tax collection during this period was 6 thousand 707 billion rupees.
So FBR has collected Rs 3 billion more than the target.
According to the FBR statement, refunds worth Rs 369 billion were issued in the first 9 months of this financial year, while refunds worth Rs 254 billion were issued in the same period last year.
According to the FBR announcement, the revenue of Rs 879 billion was collected in March alone.
According to the statement, refunds worth 67 billion rupees were issued in March, while refunds worth 22 billion rupees were issued in March last year.
