A new twist has emerged in the drowning case of a 17-year-old youth who jumped into the canal to save a woman in Chandawali, Faridabad district of Haryana. The police launched an operation to find the teenager who was lost in the canal. The police pulled the body out of the canal passing through Mandkol from Palwal and got the body identified by the brother-in-law and sent it to the mortuary, but later the family refused to identify the body. Lakshmi, the missing youth’s sister, said her brother had a tattoo on his hand and was also young, but the body found appeared older and didn’t even have a tattoo.
