He earned $415,000 (about ₹ 3.4 crore) within four months by using thousands of phones to drive video viewers. A man named Wang from China has been sentenced to prison for taking an illegal route.

The court imposed imprisonment and a fine
Wang was sentenced to one year and three months in prison and fined $7,000 for the crime of illegal business operations, the South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported.

Brushing is fake
The process of creating such fake viewers is called brushing. As one of his friends told Wong, it is more profitable in a shorter period of time.
