Bhaskar News Anil Ghansi, an employee working as a valve operator in DVC Civil Water Department at Bokaro Thermal, is suffering from severe liver and kidney disease for the last one and half year. Apart from DVC Hospital in Bokaro Thermal, he is being treated at Fortis Hospital in Ranchi and Kolkata. The name of an ailing DVC valve operator has been included in the list of Lok Sabha elections. To participate in the training on elections, DVC personnel are repeatedly informed by the Bokaro Election Cell and DVC divisional officer by calling mobile phone.
