The doctors provided a list of eight foods that should not be eaten in the morning, because they will only cause harm.

Sweet flakes. Sweets can cause a rise in blood sugar and thus trigger a spike and then a drop in energy. Therefore, after such a meal, you will want to sleep all day. It is better to choose wholemeal flakes, with a low sugar content. So you will feel energetic throughout the day.

Yogurts with impurities. Such a product contains many impurities, artificial colors and preservatives. It is better to choose Greek yogurt and add fresh fruits and berries yourself.

White bread Made from deep processed flour, it is therefore completely useless, because all the vitamins and nutrients have been lost during the baking process. It is better to choose wholemeal bread with a high content of vegetable fibers, which will fill you with energy throughout the day.
