The hearing of the case registered related to the alleged Rs 15 crore fraud was held in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Rajkumar Pandey. In the case, the court has ordered the accused Mihir Diwakar, his wife Soumya Das and Arka Sports Pvt. Ref. A summons has been issued against. The accused have been instructed to present their case in court themselves or through their advocate on the next scheduled date, which is May 30.
