District Elections Officer and DC Prashant Panwar said that the voting parties used in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections should perform their duties with dedication, honesty and pride and conduct the voting in a fair, transparent and peaceful manner.

It should be ensured that all the instructions issued by the Electoral Commission are strictly followed in the voting process. During voting, voters, especially women and disabled people, should be allowed to cast their votes on the basis of priority.

After the final training on Friday, all polling parties took election material and left for their respective booths in vehicles with GPS system.

Under the guidance of the District and DC Elections Officer Prashant Panwar, necessary guidelines were given by the concerned AROs in the final exercise of the polling parties organized at RKSD College and School and IG College and School. Under the leadership of ADC and Pundri ARO C.Jaya Shraddha, SDM and Kalayat ARO Satyawan Singh Mann, SDM and Kaithal ARO Sushil Kumar, SDM and Guhala ARO Krishna Kumar, all polling parties were trained and sent away with election kits .

He said that select people get a chance to elect in Indian democracy, so everyone should fulfill this responsibility with full responsibility and enthusiasm. All voting parties should conduct the vote impartially and very carefully. Everyone should work by playing their positive role in the great festival of democracy.

Ensure that the mock voting process is completed on time on polling day. Start the mock voting at 5:30 am and after that make sure to clear the EVMs and the VVPAT. Make sure you send all the reports related to voting within the specified period. He said that micro observers have been appointed in all locations, who will provide all information related to the election in a timely manner.

Necessary basic facilities provided in the booths He said that necessary basic facilities such as water, electricity, toilet, wheelchair etc. have been provided in all the booths in the area. All the presiding officers should arrive at their respective booths and take stock of the arrangements. If there is any kind of problem then make sure to give it immediately to the Assistant Elections Officer or the Sector Officer. Voting will start from 7am to 6pm. All voters standing in the queue in the booths should be allowed to vote by 6 pm. He said polling parties should work carefully.
