The effect of Cyclone Ramal can be seen in Jharkhand. On May 26, winds at a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour may occur at isolated places in East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Khunti, Ranchi, Ramgarh, Bokaro and Dhanbad.

On May 27 and May 28, except for Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra and Latehar, the wind may blow at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour in other areas. Light rain may also occur during this period.

Some impact of the cyclone can also be seen in Kolhan and Santhal Parganas. The wind speed in these areas can be up to 60 km per hour. Its impact can also be felt in Ranchi and surrounding areas. Due to this effect, there may be rain on 27-28 May.
