A 6-day residential training as part of Keren 3 was successfully completed on Saturday in the training hall of the District Education and Training Institute, Sheikhupura. In this training there are a total of 149 trainees from two blocks of the neighboring Nevada County, Hisua and Kasicek.

The training started every day with a yoga class and ended with the national anthem. On this occasion, the senior lecturer of the institute Dr. Nitin Kumar, the lecturer Dr. Reena Kumari, Chandramohan Prasad, Dr. Vijay Kumar, Santosh Kumar Singh, Takir Ahmed, Vivek Kumar and other lecturers for sports training and art based learning were present.
During the end of the training, certificates were distributed to all trainees by the instructors of the institute. In his speech on this occasion, while motivating the teachers, Dr. Nitin Kumar, a senior lecturer at the institute, said that the new education policy aims to make the children proficient in basic literacy and numeracy, to develop knowledge, skills and efficiency in the classroom in children. In this framework, emphasis was placed on achieving the goal of Nippon Bihar.
According to him, in today’s changing times, a change in education has also become necessary. The government started a campaign to educate children through modern and simple education.
