Constable Kamal Pargi, who was standing on the bypass, died on the spot after being crushed under the truck. The speeding truck went out of control and overturned on the constable. He was responsible for six family members. The wife, three children and parents had filed a complaint in the District and Sessions Court to obtain compensation from the truck driver and the insurance company.

According to LN Yadav’s advocate SL Yadav, the accident took place on 18 November.
