A significant change in weather is coming this week for Calgary and Rocky View County, along with some snow.
According to a special weather warning from Environment Canada, a multi-day snow event will follow an unseasonably warm Tuesday.
Snow will begin Tuesday night along the northern slopes and move south on Wednesday, eventually spreading east toward the Saskatchewan border on Thursday.

The snow will stop on Friday, Environment Canada said.
It is predicted that there will be between ten and 30 cm of snow along the slopes and in the mountain parks. Around five to 10 cm of snow is expected for areas east of Highway 2.
