Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai on Thursday reached Malkaurda Hospital premises in Sakti district to address the Vijay Sankalp rally. He appealed to the general public to vote for Janjgir-Champa Lok Sabha candidate Kamlesh Jangada. He also accused the Congress government of corruption in the last five years. He said the Congress government also ate cow dung during its tenure.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that the election will be conducted by Narendra Modi.
