The Chief Minister also took information about the demand for urea, DAP, SSP and MOP fertilizers in the state, the amount received so far and the distribution system. CM has also taken information about the availability of paddy, kodo, kutki, maize, jowar, millet, urad, groundnut, soybean and cotton seeds. In the instructions given to the districts, the CM has said that farmers should be encouraged to increase the use of natural fertilizers in the state. A system should be developed to help the farmers who use bio-fertiliser, so that the farmers come forward to buy organic products. In coordinating animal husbandry and composting, farmers should also be asked to harvest food grains. This will help maintain a balanced crop cycle and the fertility of the land will also remain intact for a long time.
