4 lakh rupees scammer by impersonating Congress leader in Korba

Fraud accused who absconded for 6 months arrested in Kurba, Chhattisgarh. He was said to have cheated Rs 4 lakh by impersonating the Congress leader in exchange for doing the job. He did not even refund the money as the work was not done. Manikpur police arrested him on the victim’s complaint.
