Hrithik Sharma, accused in a case of kidnapping a 16-year-old minor in Ulidih, Jamshedpur, was acquitted by the court due to lack of evidence. Hearing the case, Special Court POCSO Judge Kawaljeet Chopra acquitted the accused. Advocate Shweta Sah had appeared for the accused in the case. Shweta said that a total of 4 people have testified in this case. The victim had made many allegations in her statement to the court, but no evidence was found during the investigation.
