The Chandigarh District Consumer Commission has ordered the laptop service center to return Rs 60,000 with 9% interest.

In Chandigarh, not fixing the laptop during warranty was costly for the service center. On the complaint of the complainant’s wife Gagandeep Kaur, the Consumer Commission on Monday imposed a fine of ₹ 60,000 on the company. The woman had bought this laptop from an online company. When there was some fault with the laptop, the woman took it to the service center and they refused to repair it. On this, he complained to the Consumer Commission.
