The Court of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has issued orders in two cases in the case of Incab India Limited (Cable Company). In this case, two workers working in Kolkata, Alok Sen and Praveer Sarkar had demanded salary, this was rejected by the court. The second case was filed through the professional decision of Pankaj Tibrebal, where it was said that 177 acres of the cable company’s land was secured on lease from Tata Steel.

His lease should be renewed. Tata Steel went to court over this
