In this accident, two engineers from Madhya Pradesh, Anish Avdia (male) and Ashwini Costa (female), died on the spot. This car was driven by the minor son of a rich builder from Pune. After The accident he tried to run away, but people caught him and handed him over to the police. He was later presented to the Juvenile Justice Committee, where he was granted bail after a few hours. The police said that on the night of Saturday and Sunday, the accused boy went to two bars with his friends between 21:30 and 21:30. -01:00 and allegedly drank alcohol there.

What conditions did the council set?

“His grandfather promised that he would keep the boy away from any bad company,” read the order handed down by the Juvenile Justice Board on Sunday. He will also pay attention to his studies. will make him do some course that will be useful for his future. The child’s grandfather is willing to comply with the condition imposed on the minor. Therefore, it is right to release the minor on bail.

The board said the minor was released on bail on his personal bond and a bond of Rs 7,500 on the condition that his parents take care of him and he will never indulge in crimes in future. Also, the council ordered to visit the regional transport ministry and study the traffic rules and submit a presentation to the council within 15 days.

Apart from this, they will have to assist in traffic control along with the Yerwada Divisional Police for 15 days. To give up alcohol, you will need to undergo treatment from a psychiatrist. If he sees any accident in the future, he will have to help the victims of the accident. According to the court’s decision, the accused must write an essay of at least 300 words on the consequences of car accidents and Sa’dan.
