He further said, “From here you can understand how Mamata Banerjee’s government is spreading anarchy in West Bengal. The public will give you the answer. BJP is going to win more than 35 seats here.”
BJP president JP Nadda blamed the Bengal chief minister and said Mamata Banerjee wanted a government at the center soft on terrorism. Addressing an election rally in Murshidabad, the BJP president alleged that the Mamata Banerjee-led TMC government is known for corruption, extortion, appeasement and discrimination.
JP Nadda said, “We want a strong government, but Mamata Banerjee wants a forced government. We oppose her appeasement politics, which is in favor of infiltrators.” He also said that Mamata Banerjee’s government sympathizes with terrorists.
TMC counter attacks on Nada’s statement
TMC MP Saugata Roy reacted to BJP National President JP Nadda’s statement regarding Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. He replied, “Does it matter to him? He is ineffective. He could not win in his own country. Sheikh Shahjahan is only in one constituency out of 294. All we want to say is that in this case let the law take its course.”
