BJP has complained to the Election Commission about RJD candidate Rohini Acharya Masran. BJP says security forces are being misused by Rohini Acharya. A complaint about her was also lodged earlier with the Chief Election Commissioner and the Chief Electoral Officer of Bihar. But no action was taken. Due to this, Rohini’s morale increased greatly. She continuously uses the security personnel given to her father, former CM Lalu Yadav and her mother Rabri Devi.

The letter was sent with the signatures of senior advocate SD Sanjay, head of the legal liaison department and the BJP’s election commission, Sanjeev Kumar Mishra and Deepak Verma. Lawyers Awadhesh Kumar Singh, Arvind Kumar Mantu and Ram Tujhabh Singh received the letter who arrived at the concerned office.

On May 20, during the fifth phase of voting, there was stone pelting and heavy fighting between two groups at Mufsil police station in Chapra. RJD candidate Rohini Acharya is said to have arrived at Talpa’s booth at the last minute of voting. There was a clash between Rohini’s supporters and the local people over some issue. After that they both attacked each other. Both groups are said to support BJP and RJD.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday morning, the second day of the incident, firing was carried out near Telpa Bhikhari Chowk from Mufassil police station. In this a youth Chandan Rai was killed, while two persons Gudu Rai and Manoj Rai were injured. The injured are being treated at PMCH in Patna.
