As part of the special operation of the Bhojpur police, raids were conducted to arrest those wanted in the case and recover liquor. The police arrested 28 people in this context. In this case, one case was registered under POCSO Act, two under SC/ST Act, one in kidnapping, five in liquor and 18 cases of warrant murder.

During this period, 23 liquor distilleries were damaged.
