Bengaluru: Everyone is suffering from hot summer. People are suffering without drinking water in Bengaluru. Not just for humans. Animals also suffer. Monkeys also pan for water. Monkeys come to people’s houses and high-rise apartments in search of water.
Lots of complaints
Monkeys break into houses in search of food and water, taking meals from adults and children. And the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Corporation, the city’s civic body, has been receiving repeated complaints from residents about the attack, English website News18 reported.

‘The basic problem is that a city that once boasted a number of trees and gardens is witnessing their systematic removal to make way for a concrete jungle of high-rise flats. This is a classic man-animal conflict situation, similar to what we see with leopards and elephants,” Bangalore City Deputy Conservator of Forests Ravindra Kumar N said.

Like dogs, cats and horses, monkeys are loyal animals. Rabindra said that even if they are caught and released into the wild, the abu will return to the place where people are looking for food.
