Hubli: Vande Bharat Express Train, which attracts attention for its speed, punctuality etc., is in operation in many parts of South India. There is a significant change in the schedule of Vande Bharat Express Coimbatore and Bengaluru Cantonment Train (Bengaluru Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express Train) which will travel under Southern Railway and South Western Railway.
Timing of Vande Bharat Train No. 20642 / 20641 has been revised. The revised timings will be effective from 11 March 2024 in both directions. The Railway Department has advised passengers to note the following changes.
Coimbatore-Bangalore Cantonment
1. The revised timing of train number 20642 Coimbatore to Bangalore Cantonment is as follows.
• Departs Coimbatore at 07:25 AM (previously 05:00 AM)
• Arrival / Departure from Tiruppur: 08:03/08:05 AM (Previously 05:36/05:38 AM)
• Arrival / Departure from Erode: 08:42/08:45 AM (Previously 06:17/06:20 AM)
• Arrival / Departure from Salem: 09:32/09:35 AM (Previously 07:12/07:15 AM)
• Arrival / Departure from Dharmapuri: 10:51/10:53 AM (previously 08:18/08:20 AM)
• Arrival / Departure at Hosur: 12:03/12:05 AM (Previously 09:48/09:50 AM)
• Arrive Bangalore Cantt: 01:50 PM (previously 11:30 AM).

Cantonment Bangalore to Coimbatore
2. Following are the revised timings of train number 20641 Bangalore Cantonment to Coimbatore.
• Depart Bangalore Cantt at 02:20 PM (previously 01:40 PM)
• Arrival / Departure at Hosur: 03:10/03:12 PM (Previously 02:38/02:40 PM)
• Arrival / Departure from Dharmapuri: 04:22/04:24 PM (Previously 04:08/04:10 PM)
• Arrival / Departure from Salem: 05:57/06:00 PM (Previously 05:27/05:30 PM)
• Arrival / Departure from Erode: 06:47/06:50 PM (Previously 06:22/06:25 PM)
• Arrival / Departure from Tiruppur: 07:31/07:33 PM (Previously 07:03/07:05 PM)
• Arrive Coimbatore: 08:45 PM (previously 08:00 PM).
The revised timetable will come into force from March 11, with the cooperation of South Western Railway CPRO. Manjunath appealed to the passengers.
